Grappling X has the right to cancel any order you make for any product if you fail our validation or security checks. In certain instances you may not receive email confirmation of an order being cancelled.  If payment has been processed you will receive a full refund.

You have the right to cancel any order you make for any product (other than personalised products ) purchased through the online store for a full refund.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt in an unworn/unused condition for a full refund or exchange. When returning products to us for refund or exchange, you must pay for the appropriate postage costs.

Please wrap products securely, fix the returns label safely to the parcel and attach appropriate postage.  Please remember to include your completed returns form and give the reason for return and any new requirements.  Grappling X advises that returns are sent recorded delivery as Grappling X will not accept liability for lost returns.  In the instance Grappling X are liable for return postage costs Grappling X will not refund return postage above or beyond the inital postage charge.  Should you have any queries regarding a return then please refer to our help section, accessible from the foot of every page.


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
